- A physician with a DC government agency accused of sexual harassment by another physician. After a year-long investigation, the allegation was dismissed, with no disciplinary measures or sanctions against our client.
- A senior defense industry executive investigated for alleged inappropriate conduct toward a female subordinate. K & S successfully rebutted the allegations, negotiated a favorable severance package for the executive and assisted him in navigating the federal sector political appointment/security clearance processes.

- A senior executive at nonprofit organization investigated for an alleged complaint of quid-pro-quo sexual harassment. K & S was able to demonstrate that no actual complaint had been made and that the investigation was in retaliation for protected EEO activity/whistleblowing. The matter was resolved on favorable terms via a confidential settlement agreement.
