Representative Matters and Results

  • A senior defense industry executive investigated for alleged inappropriate conduct toward a female subordinate.  K & S successfully rebutted the allegations, negotiated a favorable severance package for the executive and assisted him in navigating the federal sector political appointment/security clearance processes.
