- K & S currently represents a young woman who, at age 14, was subjected to extensive sexual abuse by an adult student at a private high school.
- K & S currently represents the estate of a combat veteran who was shot and killed by police in North Carolina while he was suffering a PTSD-induced episode.
- K & S represented the family of a teenage boy who committed suicide after being subjected to a series of significant traumatic incidents and an extensive cyber-bullying campaign at his private, all boys high school. The case was pending in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County and confidentially resolved before trial.
- K & S represented a female employee who alleged that she was raped by her supervisor after she became incapacitated by alcohol at a company-sponsored event. The matter was resolved confidentially.
- K & S provided advice and consultation to the surviving family of a young financial services executive who had committed suicide. As part of this effort, K & S led an investigation which determined that the suicide was likely the result of severe and extreme working conditions.
