Wrongful Death/Personal Injury Matters

As an outgrowth of its extensive work on behalf of students and employees, K & S specializes in personal injury and wrongful death actions arising out of school and employment settings.

Representative Matters and Results

• K & S currently represents the family of a teenage boy who committed suicide after being subjected to a series of significant traumatic incidents and an extensive cyber-bullying campaign at his private, all boys high school.
• K & S represented a female employee who alleged that she was raped by her supervisor after she became incapacitated by alcohol at a company-sponsored event.  The matter was resolved confidentially.
• K & S provided advice and consultation to the surviving family of a young financial services executive who had committed suicide.  As part of this effort, K & S led an investigation which determined that the suicide was likely the result of severe and extreme working conditions.
